		<description>I&#039;d add Adobe Reader, Flash, Shockwave. I also switched from Firefox to the much slimmer Chrome. Haven&#039;t missed it.

Also suggest Microsoft Security Essentials. It has gotten pretty good.</description>

		<description>I&#039;d add the KMPlayer as an alternative to vlc.
It&#039;s got all the codecs, looks much nicer, has LOADS of settings and options and still runs smoothly. :)</description>
