Really not much to see here
I’ve been updating a training log on a different location for a time.
If you want to start strength training I recommend you to visit stronglifts.com which provide many articles about topics ranging from exercises, technique, programs to nutrition and so forth… It also has a forum where you can post questions and maintain a training log.
Beside doing weights 3 times a week, I’m currently following the Beginner Strength Training Program II, I try to do some cardio every now and then.
